Grief and loss counselling is a supportive, therapeutic process that helps individuals navigate the emotional, physical, and practical challenges that arise after losing someone or something significant. This may include the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, major life changes, or other forms of loss.
Through compassionate conversation and evidence-based techniques, Danielle helps clients understand their grief, express difficult emotions safely, and develop healthy coping strategies.
The goal is not to “move on” quickly, but to integrate the loss, find meaning, and regain a sense of balance and wellbeing at a pace that feels right for each person.
Grief looks different for everyone; counselling offers a non-judgmental space to process those experiences and receive dedicated support during a deeply personal journey.

Individual counselling is a one-on-one therapeutic process that provides a safe, confidential space to explore personal challenges, emotions, and life experiences.
Guided by Danielle, clients can gain clarity, develop coping strategies, and build skills to navigate issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or self-esteem concerns.
Each session is tailored to the client’s unique needs and goals. Through open conversation and evidence-based approaches, individual counselling supports personal growth, emotional wellbeing, and lasting positive change.
It’s a collaborative space designed to help clients understand themselves better and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Key Moments offers marriage preparation as a supportive process designed to help couples build a strong, healthy foundation before entering marriage, in an accepting and inclusive environment.
Through three (3), one-hour, guided conversations by Danielle and Rob, partners explore key areas of importance for building a long-lasting future together, such as communication, conflict resolution, expectations, values, family backgrounds, intimacy, and shared goals for the future.
The aim is not to test compatibility, but to strengthen it—helping couples deepen their understanding of each other, to identify strengths, address potential challenges, and develop skills that support a resilient, long-lasting partnership.
Marriage preparation provides a safe, structured space to invest in the relationship and enter marriage with confidence, clarity, and connection.
