This all-in-one approach ensures both the individual and their loved ones receive continuous, compassionate care and guidance from preparation through the final transition, and beyond.

These projects can include memory books, letters, recorded stories, artwork, or other personal creations that preserve values, experiences, and messages. This 1.5-hour presentation on end-of-life education offers individuals practical knowledge and compassionate guidance on navigating the final stages of life—personally or while supporting others. The session covers key topics such as understanding the dying process, communication skills, care options, and how to approach end-of-life conversations with confidence and empathy. It empowers participants with awareness, reduces stigma, and fosters a more supportive workplace culture.

Private, by-the-hour consultations provide guidance in end-of-life planning, support, and education. This service is ideal for assistance with end-of-life documents, finalizing legacy projects, engaging in life review, and gaining education around specific aspects of end-of-life care, including hospice, palliative care, and care planning conversations. Consultations may focus on preparation, understanding options, or creating space for meaning, clarity, and peace during this stage of life.

Rob offers compassionate support that nurtures meaning, comfort, and connection during challenging times. It can include guided reflection, life review, ritual or prayer support, help honouring cultural or faith traditions, and space to explore purpose, values, or fears. Rob meets individuals where they are—regardless of belief system—to promote peace, grounding, and emotional well-being.

Marriage preparation provides couples with guidance, tools, and conversation topics to help build a strong foundation for their life together. It often includes exploring communication styles, conflict resolution, shared values, expectations, and long-term goals. The process supports couples in deepening understanding, strengthening connection, and entering marriage with clarity and confidence. This service is delivered in 3 - one hour meetings.

Yes! Key Moments offers all inquirers a complimentary twenty (20)-minute phone consultation to assess your needs and help you navigate the best path forward. During this call, we take the time to understand your goals and determine what level of support will be most helpful.
In some cases, a full Key Moments package may not be necessary. Instead, you may benefit from one or two hours of targeted consulting, during which Danielle and/or Rob can provide guidance and connect you with exactly what you need. Our goal is always to deliver the highest level of service in the most efficient and cost-effective way possible.

Yes! With their extensive backgrounds in religious and secular settings both Rob and Danielle are highly trained and skilled in planning and officiating at both funerals and at weddings. If this is something that is of interest, please inquire as we would love to offer you this service.
Yes! We do! As end-of-life educators, we support individuals and families through life’s final transitions, helping them approach these moments with dignity, clarity, and compassion. Beyond one-on-one support, we also offer educational sessions for community and corporate groups. These sessions are designed to normalize conversations about death and dying, provide practical guidance on planning and communication, and equip people with the tools to support themselves and others through loss. Whether it’s helping employees understand grief in the workplace, or guiding community groups to have meaningful conversations about end-of-life care, our goal is to empower people with knowledge, reduce fear, and foster deeper connection.
