Danielle provides one-on-one support to help people navigate personal challenges, explore emotions, and develop healthier coping strategies in whichever format works for you: in-person at your home, online, or via the phone.

At Key Moments, grief and bereavement counselling provides a safe and compassionate space to talk, process loss, and find ways to move forward while honouring the people and experiences that matter most.

Spiritual Care

Rob offers compassionate support that nurtures meaning, comfort, and connection during challenging times. Marriage preparation provides couples with guidance, tools, and conversation topics to help build a strong foundation for their life together. It often includes exploring communication styles, conflict resolution, shared values, expectations, and long-term goals. The process supports couples in deepening understanding, strengthening connection, and entering marriage with clarity and confidence. This service is delivered in 3 - one hour meetings.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at Danielle@key-moments.ca if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Yes! Key Moments offers all inquirers a complimentary twenty (20)-minute phone consultation to assess your needs and help you navigate the best path forward. During this call, we take the time to understand your goals and determine what level of support will be most helpful.

In some cases, a full Key Moments package may not be necessary. Instead, you may benefit from one or two hours of targeted consulting, during which Danielle and/or Rob can provide guidance and connect you with exactly what you need. Our goal is always to deliver the highest level of service in the most efficient and cost-effective way possible.

Yes. At Key Moments we respect, acknowledge, and promote an individual's right to dignity and choice at end-of-life and both Danielle and Rob support an individual's decisions.

Key Moments is owned and operated from Edmonton, Alberta and services those in the Edmonton area and surrounding municipalities. Key Moments is also able to help others from out-of-province via email and video messaging.

We started Key Moments because we believe every stage of life is full of significance and deserves to be honoured. Life is a series of transitions, celebrations, and reflections—big and small—and both Danielle and Rob wanted to create a space where people feel truly seen and valued in each of these moments. Whether it’s a milestone, a turning point, or simply a day that matters, Key Moments is about cherishing the people we love and the stories they carry. Our hope is to help people celebrate life fully, with intention, dignity, and love.

Yes! With their extensive backgrounds in religious and secular settings both Rob and Danielle are highly trained and skilled in planning and officiating at both funerals and at weddings. If this is something that is of interest, please inquire as we would love to offer you this service.

Yes! We do! As end-of-life educators, we support individuals and families through life’s final transitions, helping them approach these moments with dignity, clarity, and compassion. Beyond one-on-one support, we also offer educational sessions for community and corporate groups. These sessions are designed to normalize conversations about death and dying, provide practical guidance on planning and communication, and equip people with the tools to support themselves and others through loss. Whether it’s helping employees understand grief in the workplace, or guiding community groups to have meaningful conversations about end-of-life care, our goal is to empower people with knowledge, reduce fear, and foster deeper connection.

Key Moments Holistic Services Ltd. acknowledges that we are on Treaty 6 territory, the traditional lands of the Cree, Blackfoot, Dene, Nakota Sioux, and Métis Nations. We honour their enduring connection to this land and commit to respecting and learning from their histories and cultures.
